Busy day, rainy afternoon. Sophie and I went outside when the rain ended. When I looked at the gloriosa lilies, I saw this raindrop reflecting sunlight–on the computer I saw two sun stars where it reflected light, a larger one on the right and a smaller one on the lower left of the raindrop.

Big male brown anole that lives around the tomato pot. This is the male with the injured/damaged dewlap–he can still display it, but it looks as if the bottom half is missing.

Long-tailed skipper butterfly. I think this is the first one of these butterflies that I’ve seen this year.

Another big male anole on the side fence. He was a brave guy, sitting still and watching me as I took his picture.
