More rain again today, off and on all day. I saw lots of baby anoles today, including quite a few that were very tiny and pretty newly hatched. This photo of a little female shows her larger than life-size.

This baby–yet another female–had just caught a tiny insect. Little anoles hunt for and catch their own food from the time they hatch.

I’m not sure but I think this is the little guy who’s been bullying the other little anoles. The pushed-out throat is an aggressive sign that could intimidate other little ones.
