The temperature was in the 70’s and low 80’s today, and the anoles appreciated the nice weather. I saw lots of them in the backyard this afternoon.

This little fellow amused me–all puffed up, trying to look fearsome, with just a hint of a dewlap showing. He’s not much more than a baby.


I liked the colors on this anole–the usual browns and tans, with a reddish orange head and yellow spots and marking.
